Web/Graphic Designer

$10-$12 / hour

We are looking for a top-notch WP website designer. This person must have excellent design skills with excellent attention to details. Our design philosophy is simple, it must convert. Conversion in most cases is a phone call or a form fill. We believe in maximizing UX, building trust, while focusing on the conversion. This is mostly a DESIGN position, we have other developers and programmers. Must have some WordPress experience. This position may also involve designing graphics for social media and other content. This is not a freelance position.

Account Representative

$10-$12 / hour

We are looking for a top-notch Account Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

– Online Help Desk Assistance
– Corresponding with clients through our ticketing system and ensuring all requests are directed to appropriate department and addressed quickly and efficiently
– Responding to reviews/comments left on public pages on behalf of our clients
– Compiling, sending and conducting monthly client report walkthroughs (Online meeting with screen share)
– Collaborating with SEO, Social Media and web development teams for short-term and long-term strategies to help improve businesses digital marketing efforts
– Participating in weekly internal company strategy meetings
– Orchestrating the onboarding and off-boarding processes for new and current clients
– Client retention, including contract renewal and revisions
– Occasional content writing or proofing press releases and blog articles
– Upholding the standard for integrity and quality for services provided.
